Govanhill Baths Theatre
Following the sell-out performance of ‘Nicky-Dicky Whittington and her Cat’ Theatre Presto are delighted to announce that we will be returning to the: – Govanhill Baths Theatre with ‘Five Have a Jolly Good Time’ On Saturday 1st July 2017 At 6.30pm. 75 years ago, Enid Blyton published ‘Five on a Treasure Island’, the first of 21 books in the Famous Five series. Julian, Dick, George, Anne and Timmy the dog, were always having adventures. Now, 75 years later, who knows what they will be getting up to… A, one hour long, musical, with songs from yesteryear, written for all the family. Edinburgh Fringe
Today we open at the Edinburgh Fringe with our production of ‘McAlister In Wonderland’. Dates: – 18th to 23rd August 2014 Time: – 12 mid-day Venue: – TheSpace on the Mile (venue 39,The Radisson Blu Hotel) which is situated on the Royal Mile. McAlister in Wonderland does the Edinburgh Fringe
I am delighted to announce that, this year, Theatre Presto will be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe, from 18th to 23rd August 2014. We will be pretty central at ‘theSpace on the mile2’ each day from 12 mid-day to 1pm. So, come and support us, talk to us and see what we do. Cheers. Preston Clare.
‘Little Red Riding Hood’ tour
Erwin Orduz excelled himself last night with the most amazing meal for the actors of Theatre Presto’s new production of ‘Little Red Riding Hood’. I’m really looking forward to working with a fabulous bunch of people. This year we are two groups and travelling to Glasgow, Greenock, Ayr, Perth, Fort William, Aberdeen, Ullapool, Inverness, Wick and Thurso. Look forward to seeing you. Preston Clare
